Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to reservations and related services provided by STEG64 Apartments.
1. Reservation and Confirmation
A reservation becomes valid based on submitted booking details and confirmation via the Sabee booking flow.
2. Fees and Payment
In addition to base rates, extra fees may apply (e.g. final cleaning, tourism tax, optional services). These are displayed during booking and in notices.
3. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the selected rate and are shown before finalizing the reservation.
4. Guest Obligations
Guests must use the property as intended, follow house rules and cover damages caused by misuse. Pets (dogs, cats, and other animals) are strictly not allowed at the accommodation.
5. Liability
The accommodation provider delivers services with due care; liability for personal belongings follows applicable law.
